1 inch shoulder steak 1/4 salt 2 Tbsp oil 1-2 shallots 4-8oz mushrooms (can have shiitake, oyster, cremini mushrooms) 1 Tbsp butter 1/2 cup of white wine 1. Get oil to smoking hot and put a salted steak in for a bit (.5-1 min), turn over. 2. Add shallots around the steak, add mushrooms and season them with salt and pepper and a butter. 3.
