SVCC :: Semiparametric Variance-Component Models for Censored Data
We implement an efficient and reliable algorithm for the
semiparametric variance-component models for linkage and association
analysis of censored trait data in the computer program SVCC for the Linux platform.
A brief documentation is also
available. User-friendly software for various platforms is currently under
