Windows

The HAPSTAT software interface is provided as a self-contained Windows executable. HAPSTAT should run on 32-bit X86 systems operating under Windows XP/2000/NT/98. The required system memory is dependent on the input data; we recommend 512MB or higher.

Linux

The command-line version of HAPSTAT automates the analysis of multiple data sets for case-control studies. The majority of options available in the HAPSTAT 2.0 software interface are supported.
