DTI-Statistics Toolkit:
This toolkit is primarily developed for the quantitative analysis of diffusion tensor
image. This toolkit is still under development. The current features include: calculation of invariant measures
(FA, RA, ADC, CL, CB, eigenvalues, eigenvectors), map of principal directions, calculation of statistics
for testing for singularity, calculation of robust diffusion tensor, map of residuals, map of goodness-of-fit statistics.
Categorical Spatial Mapping Toolkit:
This toolkit is primarily developed for
modeling the contagious distribution of vegetation and species in ecology and biogeography.
Previous studies have demonstrated that the autologistic
regression model is a useful approach for describing the distribution because spatial correlation
can readily be accounted for in the model. In this toolkit, we developed the second-order autocategorical regression model. Our toolkit includes
three estimation methods for the second-order model—the maximum pseudo-likelihood
method, the Monte Carlo likelihood method, and the Markov chain Monte Carlo stochastic
approximation.
