PRIMARY RESEARCH INTERESTS
My main research interest is to develop new methods to model associations between clinical variables and multi-dimensional imaging data.
My focus is on Bayesian analysis and it involves primarily:
Tensor decomposition techniques such as CP and Tukey
Partial factor models
Dictionary learning
Functional principal components analysis
